Customization at a Glance:

List:

• Preferred file format is CSV, but Excel is acceptable.
• Any updates to the list, including additions, deletions or email address changes are due the 5th of each month.

Letter:

• Each e-newsletter contains a letter from your representative. We will provide you with a written letter, which you can adopt or amend. Or, provide us with your own letter.
• Word count approximately 200.

Photos:

• Preferred file formats: JPEG, GIF or PSD
• Dimensions: 150 wide x 150 vertical pixels
• Resolution: 72 pixels per inch
• Color Mode: Please indicate all colors using RGB, Grayscale also acceptable

Signatures for Custom Letters:

• Preferred file formats: JPEG, PSD, AI
• Dimensions: 150 x 105 pixels
• Resolution: 72 pixels per inch
• Color Mode: Grayscale. RGB color mode is OK, although it will be converted to grayscale/black for e-newsletter.

Logo:

• Preferred file formats: JPEG. Logos may also be submitted in PSD or GIFF formats.
• Dimensions: 239 wide x 131 vertical pixels
• Resolution: 72 pixels per inch
• Color Mode: Please indicate all colors using RGB, Grayscale also acceptable.

Ads:

• Preferred file format: JPEG or GIFF formats.
• Dimensions:

  • Skyscraper: 120 wide x 600 vertical pixels
  • Large Rectangle: 468 wide × 280 vertical pixels

• Maximum images size 40k
